I use mindfulness-based stress reduction practices and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to help women connect with and better understand themselves and others.
1:1 Coaching
Coaching is tailored to each person. No two sessions will be alike. I help clients move from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset.

Women's Retreats
We have experiences; we are not our experiences. We have emotions; we are not our emotions. Sometimes in life, we go through storms. With mindfulness, we can learn to separate ourselves from our thoughts and situations so that they do not define us. This allows us to explore our emotions or situations with clarity.
The women’s retreats are a combination of 1:1 coaching and women’s circles, plus fun and adventure. Because of the intensive nature of the retreats, you can expect a lot of change in a short amount of time. As with everything in life, you get out of it what you put into it. I will provide the space, the resources, and the coaching- the work is up to you
